Sofen with a little ground nut oil or your favourite oil.
And vegtable stock bring to boil then simmer when cool blitz.
Enjoy with crusty bread.

You would have been welcome to the monsoon we had yesterday Maureen....an inch and a half of rain in 3 hours or so and another half inch today...eeek!!! Global warming - bah humbug...
