 Choclate Liquer truffles

Post Choclate Liquer truffles
This recipe was in Morrisons Supermarket 2008nmagazine I kept recipe as I made these last year.

300gr plain chocolate 70 percent cocoa solids :xmas1
300ml double cream
25gr butter
4tables sp of brandy ,rum or whisky (could use bailey or quantro)

4tablesp of clear honey
Cocoa powder ,to dust.or crushed hazel nuts.

1- Break choc melt in bowl with cream and butter liquer and honey.

2-- Place bowl ov er pan of of boiling water stirrinng until choc is glossy.Cool then chill till mixture thickens.

3 Then roll into balls ,keep chilled and eat within a week.
